The 2018 Mississippi River Art and Photography ShootOut will be open for entries on
August 1st, 2017.

We are pleased to announce the Mississippi River Photo Shootout uses EntryThingy to enter art and photography in the on line Mississippi River Art & Photography Shootout exhibition.  We believe you will find this on-line application both easy and quick to use.

The deadline for entering the Mississippi River Art & Photography ShootOut is October 31, 2017 and the entry fee is $10.00 per artwork up to five submissions.  Absolutely no entries will be accepted after the October 31st deadline.  We look forward to seeing your art.

To make your submission easier you should prepare your artwork photographs in advance. These images must be in .jpg, jpeg format. They must be RGB color or grayscale for black and white images. Images should not be larger than 2000 pixels on the longest side. The minimum resolution is 300kb, maximum resolution 3MB. Title each JPEG file with an image number using the following format: yourlastname1.image title.jpg,
yourlastname2.image title.jpg
(e.g. Jones1.Chain of Rocks Sunset.jpg).

Images must accurately represent the art or photography. The artwork you submit must have been made within the last three years (since January 1, 2015).

Upon completing and submitting your entry form you will need to pay your Entry Fee. Your images will not be eligible for consideration until your application payment has been received by Great Rivers Photo Shootout, LTD. You may pay the Entry Fee by using the PayPal button in the EntryThingy form or by mailing a printed copy of your entry form along with your Entry Fee. The mailing address is:
